How to Submit a Video
Video requirements are as follows:
- Must be 2 minutes or less in length
- Must be suitable for public viewing
- Must be submitted by December 7, 2009
- Must explain why Glacier Hills Credit Union has a branch in West Bend High School
- Must submit a signed release form for each person involved with the video
- Please submit the video on a disk to September Bentley at the High School Branch or mail to " Attn: Video contest, Glacier Hills Credit Union, 2150 S Main St., West Bend, WI 53095
