We value the relationship we have with our members and web site visitors, and are committed to responsible information handling practices. This Privacy Statement explains our practices with respect to the collection and protection of your information and addresses your concerns regarding the disclosure of personal and other information to third parties. We recognize our responsibility to keep the information you provide to us secure and confidential. However, as a member, you also have a responsibility to safeguard your financial information.
Glacier Hills Credit Union defines "personal information" as any and all of the information specific to you that you personally submit to us over the Internet or any other channel. This includes your name, address, phone number, birth date, e-mail address, and other information you may supply when you open a new account. We protect personally identifiable information.

Glacier Hills Credit Union has strict compliance guidelines, and will only partner with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements. The partners that we select are necessary to the financial stability of the credit union, and also enhance the products and services for our members. We do not sell or provide personal, non-public information to third parties for independent use.
Visitors to the GHCU website remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our site. We do use standard web site software to collect non-identifying information about our visitors, such as: Date and Time, IP Address, and the type of web browser used.
Any information that is sent to Glacier Hills Credit Union via e-mail or through our web site is used internally and is not sold to outside organizations.
An e-mail link is provided for your convenience. E-mail is not secure and information can be read by others. Do not email information such as passwords, social security numbers, account numbers, mother's maiden name, etc.
